News: APAPA - SF Summer Internship Opportunity - Deadline: April 20th, 2017
Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs (APAPA) - San Francisco is accepting applications for its summer 2017 internship program. Interns will be placed in various offices of elected officials and public/community service offices, including San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, State Treasurer Fiona Ma, and Assemblyman David Chiu.
Interns will undergo 16-20 hours of workshops designed to teach appropriate office etiquette, staffing and policy basics, networking, and other professional skills! At the end of the program, students will be equipped for an entry-level position in a public or political office. Each intern will also be awarded a $1000 scholarship!
